1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of crushcustoms.com and the booking, quote, and shopping tools connected to it, operated by Crush Customs, 1092 W Atlanta St SE, Bldg 700, Marietta, GA 30060. By using the site, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Bookings and consultations

• Booking a time online sends us a request. Your appointment is set once we confirm it by email, phone, or text.
• Please give accurate contact and vehicle details so we can prepare for your visit.
• If you need to reschedule or cancel, contact us as early as you can at (770) 989-1818 or sales@crushcustoms.com.
• Consultations, by video, phone, or in person, are for planning your project and do not commit you to any work.

3. Deposits and payments

• Some services require a deposit to hold your appointment. The deposit amount and terms are shown before you pay.
• Detailing deposits are non-refundable. Deposits are applied to your final balance.
• The remaining balance is due when the work is complete unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• Online payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners.

4. Quotes and pricing

Prices on the site and quotes we send are estimates based on the information you give us. Final pricing can change after we inspect your vehicle, or if you change materials, coverage, or scope. We will talk with you before doing any work that changes your price.

5. K5 kits and online orders

• K5 interior kits, upgrades, and merch are sold through our Shopify store. Shipping, returns, and refunds follow the store policies shown at checkout.
• Please confirm that your vehicle's year, make, model, and trim match the kit you order.
• Colors and textures can look different on screens than in person. Images on the site are for reference.
• If your kit is installed by someone other than Crush Customs, that installer is responsible for their work.

6. Your vehicle and our work

Any warranty on our workmanship or materials is the one we give you in writing for your project. Normal wear, misuse, accidents, and work done by others are not covered unless we say otherwise in writing.

7. Using the site

Please use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not try to interfere with how it works, submit false information, send spam, or copy large parts of it. We may limit or block access for anyone who misuses the site.

8. Our content

The Crush Customs name, logo, photos, videos, designs, and text on this site belong to Crush Customs or are used with permission. You may share links to our pages, but please do not copy or reuse our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. Photos and content you send us

When you send us photos or messages, you confirm you have the right to share them. You allow us to use them to answer your request and to plan your project. We will ask before featuring your photos publicly.

10. Links to other sites

Our site links to other services, such as Shopify, Google, and social media. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms apply when you use them.

11. Disclaimers and limits

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" and may sometimes include errors or be unavailable. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Crush Customs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the law that cannot be waived.
