How a starlight headliner works
Hundreds of thin fiber optic strands are threaded through the headliner fabric. Each strand carries light from a small LED light source hidden above the headliner, so each point glows like a star. No bulbs are in the roof itself, which keeps it cool and safe.

- Color: classic white, a single color, or RGB that changes on demand.

What affects the cost
Pricing depends on vehicle size, star count, light source quality, special effects, whether the roof has a sunroof and whether the headliner is being recovered. Because every vehicle is different, starlight builds are quoted after a short consultation.
How long it takes
The headliner has to be removed, each strand placed by hand, the light source wired and the headliner reinstalled. Plan for your vehicle to stay at the shop. We give you an exact timeline when we quote.
Will it damage my car?
When done properly, no. The headliner is removed and reinstalled, and the light source is wired with proper fusing. Choose a shop with real starlight work in its portfolio.
