Metro Atlanta has no shortage of car culture, and that means plenty of shops offering custom interiors. The quality gap between them can be wide. Here is what to look for before you hand over your keys.

1. A portfolio of finished interiors

Ask to see work on cars like yours. Look closely at stitch lines, seams around bolsters and how the material wraps the edges. A strong shop will have a deep gallery of real builds, not stock photos.

2. Clear material choices

A good shop explains the difference between genuine leather, vegan leather, suede and Alcantara style microsuede, and recommends based on how you use the car. Our materials guide covers the tradeoffs.

3. A real warranty

Ask what the material and workmanship warranty covers and for how long. Crush K5 kits carry a 7 year, 150,000 mile material warranty.

4. Honest pricing up front

Custom work varies, but a shop should be able to give a real number after a short conversation. At Crush, custom projects start with a 10 minute consultation, and nothing is quoted before that call.

5. Safety awareness

Seat airbags, occupancy sensors, heated and cooled seats all need to keep working. Ask how the shop handles them.

6. Reviews and reputation

Read recent Google reviews and look for consistent comments about communication and finish quality. Crush Customs holds a 4.9 star Google rating and has been featured at SEMA and on MotorTrend TV.

Do you work on vehicles other than the Kia K5?

Yes. The K5 kit is our signature product, and we do custom upholstery, starlight headliners, lighting, tech and more on other vehicles too.

Do I need an appointment?

Yes. Start with a 10 minute consultation for custom work, or book tint and detailing online.
