What changes the price
- Vehicle size: more glass means more film and labor.
- Film type: ceramic costs more but rejects more heat. Compare in ceramic vs standard film.
- Coverage: full car, front windows only, windshield strip or moonroof.
- Old tint removal: peeling or purple tint has to come off first.
- Complex glass: curved rear windows take more time.
Watch out for cheap tint
Bargain jobs often use low grade film that bubbles or turns purple, or skip proper edge work. Re doing tint costs more than doing it right once. Also make sure your shop follows the Georgia tint law.
